1. Global Delivery Capabilities We ship worldwide via professional sea freight and air cargo partners. Our team is experienced in handling international logistics under FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP terms.

2. Lead Times

• Stock Items: Shipped within 7 business days.

• Standard Production: 15–25 business days.

• Customized/Bulk Orders: Timeline will be provided during the quotation phase. Note: Lead times start from the date of deposit receipt and final technical drawing approval.

 

3. Professional Export Packaging (Anti-Damage) We understand the fragility of glass display cases and precision electronics. All units are packed in heavy-duty, export-standard plywood crates with reinforced corners to ensure your equipment arrives in factory-perfect condition.

 

4. Receiving & Inspection Upon arrival, please inspect the external packaging before signing. If any visible damage is found, document it on the Bill of Lading and contact our support team within 48 hours for insurance claim assistance.

 

5. Customs & Duties For non-DDP orders, the buyer is responsible for local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. We provide all necessary documentation (CO, Form E, CIQ, etc.) to ensure a smooth clearance process.
