Quotations & Orders

Validity: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the deposit and a signed Proforma Invoice (PI).

Payment Terms

Standard Terms: Usually 30% T/T deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment or against the B/L copy

Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Transaction Fees: Bank transfer fees and any intermediary bank charges are to be borne by the buyer.

Warranty Period: We provide a 12-month (or 24-month) limited warranty from the date of shipment.
Coverage: Warranty covers manufacturing defects and core components like compressors and controllers. It does not cover consumables (like light bulbs) or damages caused by improper installation/operation.
Spare Parts: For international orders, we typically provide 1% free-of-charge spare parts with the container for quick maintenance.
